All deposits are non refundable regardless of circumstances so please be mindful when booking your appointment. To reschedule your appointment, this needs to be done 48hr prior to your original appointment or another booking deposit will be required. Also please note that you can only reschedule once. People rescheduling due to Covid will need to prove this with official nhs results. *please note we do not accept responsibility for changes in clients personal circumstances. Refunds of deposits are only given if your treatment or appointment is cancelled by us and we reserve the right to alter/cancel any treatments that are available.
