Please note if you arrive later than 10 mins after your appointment time your appointment will not go ahead and be cancelled due to a busy schedule.
Please note on your arrival a full consultation will be carried out before each treatment.
A deposit off the total cost of a treatment will be required at booking.
We understand that for
reasons you may need to reschedule your appointment, 48 hours notice for appointment changes is required to prevent a lost deposit. We only reschedule once!
If you wish to cancel your appointment after paying your deposit this will be non refundable.
No notice or a missed appointment will result in a lost deposit.
Refunds of deposits are only given if your appointment is cancelled by us and we reserve the right to alter/cancel any treatments.
Please note we do not accept responsibility for changes in personal circumstance so be mindful on booking.
